Hello.
February is right around the corner and I’m typing up a very exciting valentine’s day newsletter for you filled with films, books, activities, recipes, and more (so stay tuned for that).
a very short list of things I’ve loved this week:
-the nanny (1993)
-savory breakfasts (english muffins with salted butter and cheese, scrambled or jammy eggs, hashbrowns, toast, biscuits, breakfast sandwiches, bagels with cream cheese, olive oil fried egg, an egg strada of some sort)
-coffee cake with black coffee and a warm gourmand candle burning and a book and jazz music on a cold snowy day
-babar, madeleine, angelina ballerina: any children’s books or shows that heal my inner child
-art cafes
-valentine’s day treats and snacks at the grocery store that remind me of my childhood
-joan didion
-thick knit turtlenecks, big overcoats, scarves that swallow me, warm socks
-museums on cold days
-bunny shaped bread
-chess meetups
enjoy some nostalgia below then we’ll get into today’s news
