You *have* to read “Garden Spells” by Sarah Addison Allen. The cover is dreamy and it’s written so similarly to the Practical Magic movie- loved it wayyyyy more than the Practical Magic book (though Rules of Magic is amazing).

Reading this post is making me so excited for autumn. I still need to read Practical Magic. So many people I know loved it and I've never watched the movie either. I'd like to read the book first though.

i love this so much especially witch content is the main content i grew up with...

i had this thought in my brain that being a witch was something that was meant to be.

nowadays, i have an interest in the aspect of witchcraft but, still contemplating whether i want to get involved.

love this so much!

I JUST finished The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches and rewatched Practical Magic, so its good to know I'm not the only one yearning for magic and witchiness. I'm leaving for New England in a couple weeks, visiting Salem of course, so I wanted to get in the mood

If you like witch themed fiction, I loved A Hat Full of Sky by Terry Pratchet and The Witch’s Kind & The Age of Witches both by Lousia Morgan. They were all wonderful reads! Terry Pratchets book has more of a Kiki’s delivery service vibe while Louisa Morgan’s novels are more like historian fiction/ practical magic vibes (but they still have some cool magic stuff going on)
